因為想令您食得安心,但馬屋集團旗下的餐廳為預防新冠病毒擴大,作出了一切可行的措施,盡力減低病毒在餐廳內傳播的風險。

[員工方面]
  • - 全面諮詢員工的身體狀況,並定期收集檢測結果及疫苗紀錄
  • - 上班前先量度體溫,接觸食物時需戴上手套
  • - 確保全線員工妥善配戴口罩
[店舖方面]
  • - 每日開店及閉店前,必須對全店進行徹底清潔及消毒
  • - 在店舖入口放置酒精搓手液等防疫用品
  • - 每枱客人離座後,員工必須跟從指引進行徹底消毒
  • - 每小時更換及清洗自助吧食物夾
  • - 每小時使用清潔消毒噴劑消毒電話﹑POS電腦螢幕﹑對講機﹑埋單簿﹑遙控器等
  • - 所有餐具每次清潔後都必須用高溫消毒

Preventive Measures in response to COVID-19

We took every possible measure to prevent the spreading of diseases, in order to make you feel at ease when you enjoy your meal in our restaurants.

[For our staff]
  • - We take care of our health condition, collect test results and vaccination records regularly.
  • - We check our temperature before work, and wear gloves before processing any food.
  • - We protect ourselves by wear masks while working.
[For our restaurant]
  • - We sanitize and clean all the equipment at the restaurant before and after work every day.
  • - We provide hand sanitizer and other epidemic prevention supplies in our restaurant.
  • - We sanitize and clean all utensils and tools after every customer usage.
  • - Change and sanitize the tongs in buffet bar every hour.
  • - Sanitize phone, POS machine, walkie talkie, account book, remote, etc, in every hour.
  • - Sanitize utensils with high temperature after cleaning.
